Do I need to visit your office?
Usually not. Most services start on WhatsApp and run on document copies. You’ll only need to go in person for steps the authorities require, like a medical test or Emirates ID biometrics, and we’ll book those for you.
How much will it cost?
Every quote has two parts: the government fees, which are set by the authority, and our service fee. We send both as a written breakdown before you pay anything.
How long does a visa take?
It depends on the visa type and the authority processing it. Once we’ve checked your documents, we give you an estimated timeline and update you at each step.
My application was rejected. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the rejection notice and your documents. We’ll look at the reason given, tell you what needs to change, and handle the resubmission.
