Common questions
What happens if my licence expires?
An expired licence builds up fines, and you may not be able to renew visas or use some government services until it’s renewed. Message us as soon as you can and we’ll find the fastest route.
Can I change activities without a new licence?
In most cases, yes. Activities can be added or removed through an amendment, although some activities need extra approvals from other departments first.
When should I start the renewal?
About a month before expiry gives enough time to renew your tenancy and collect any approvals.
