Common questions

I have a free zone company. Do I still need to register?

Yes. Every free zone company must register, even if it expects to pay 0% as a Qualifying Free Zone Person.

My profit is low. Do I still need to register?

Yes. Registration depends on being a taxable person, not on how much profit you make. The 0% band covers the first AED 375,000 of taxable profit, but you still need to register and file.

Do you file the tax return too?

Our service covers registration. For bookkeeping and filing your annual return, we can connect you with a registered tax agent.
