Common questions
Do I need a local partner?
For most commercial and professional activities, no. Foreign owners can hold 100% of a mainland company. A few activities still need an Emirati shareholder, and we check this for your activity before you start.
Can I use a virtual office?
Mainland licences usually need a physical office with a registered tenancy contract. The size of the office also affects how many visas you can apply for.
How many visas can I get?
Your visa quota is linked to your office space and activity. We work this out with you before you sign a tenancy, so there are no surprises later.
